If you're uncomfortable about ordering on-line, please follow these steps.
To order by regular mail:
1. Print out the order form below.
2. Check off the item(s) you would like to order.
3. Check off if you would like duplicates, and if so, how many.
4. Check off if you would like your poster(s) framed.
5. Fill in price box(es) and sub-total.
6. If you’re a MD resident, you must add 6% sales tax (Sub-total times .06).
7. Please add shipping ($10 for unframed posters, $20 for the first framed poster and $10 for each framed poster after the first framed poster.)
8. Please add total price.
9. Make check or money order - payable to Gift of a Lifetime, LLC.
10. Send to: Gift of a Lifetime, LLC * 24 Treworthy Road * Gaithersburg, MD 20878, along with your photographs. (Click Tips Button for helpful photo selection instructions.)
